I've known Jeremy since 2011 and have relied on his service heavily for almost any and everything that could possibly go wrong with my PC. I've been in crisis mode when my PC crashed during peak season in the middle of my business. (Tax Preparation) When I called Jeremy, he came out to my location to repair my PC without me ever having to leave my office.... It didn't matter if it took 1 hr or 3 hrs, he stayed and completed the job. The fees were always up-front and reasonable as well... I like the fact that I can trust him because I have very sensitive data on my PC and don't feel too comfortable allowing it to be repaired out of the office..
